Personalized Plan Based on Labs
Your plan is based on your individual needs and goals. I review current labs and run additional labs if needed. I consider your symptoms, medical history, medications, lifestyle, etc. when determining the best approach for your care. I work with you closely for 12 weeks to help you transform and feel your best, look your best and live your best.
Healing, Nutrition, Movement, Mindset
Healing from the inside out is key to feeling, looking and living your best. Labs provide the foundation for you to put a plan of healing into action. With nutrition, supplementation, movement, mindset, you will begin feeling better within the first few weeks of the program and transform during the 12 week program.
Accountability and Support
I am here to support you and hold you accountable for 12 weeks and beyond. You will check in weekly and track progress along the way. You have access to me via chat, phone and email throughout the program and you get to be a part of group calls and the Just Love Your Bod community.
There are so many factors that can contribute to stubborn belly fat and bodyfat that just won't budge. Plus, many people experience a slew of symptoms on a daily basis that disrupt quality of life. Chronic fatigue, brain fog, mood sings, anxiety, depression, digestion issues, headaches, nausea, bloating, low libido, hair loss, skin problems, vision problems are just some of the many symptoms people battle.
Thyroid dysfunction, autoimmune disease, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, hormone imbalances, systemic infection, liver dysfunction and so many other underlying problems can keep your feeling icky. Conventional medicine rarely looks at the body as an integrated unit with 12 systems. Usually, conventional doctors run minimal labs and do not consider how one problem can cause a domino effect of problems within the body. Complete lab work and an evaluation of your lifestyle, symptoms and medical history are crucial for a treatment protocol to be created for your individual body.
When working with me, I run extensive labs that give you and understanding of what is happening inside your body. Your labs give insight to your symptoms and inability to loose weight and/or maintain weight loss. Once your labs are evaluated, I then create a plan for you based on your individual needs and goals. A simple plan with accountability.
